Situation
A successful construction company
had responded to the rapidly changing
needs of the market and now needed to
reflect this in marketing communications and
promote their reputation for excellent service.
Objective
To develop a revised market identity and positioning for Hilife and
communicate this to existing and potential customers.
Action
Created a market positioning to reflect the company's strength and
designed a new look to reflect this image.
Focus groups were undertaken with existing and potential clients to
identify existing perceptions of Hilife and receive feedback on our
proposed changes to their marketing positioning.
Stationery with the new logo was created, and new marketing messages
incorporated into a brochure and site banners.
